The beeps are the way of the Dryer to let you know the status of the system:One beep means: Cycle StartTwo beeps means: Cycle pauseThree beeps means: asher power up or dryer power up.
Any thing else that I can do for you?

So, I don't know if the dryer is not working properly or if I just don't understand how to work it. About an hour ago while I was waiting to talk with you, I put the dryer on the 60 min cycle and pushed the button repeatedly; it would first make one beep and then if I pushed it again, it would make two beeps. However, the dryer did not start. I left it after I heard one beep and about 15 minutes later it started and completed the 60 min cycle. What is going on?
When it finished the 60 minutes cycle, did the dryer work or just the clock keeps moving?
Yes, during the 60 min cycle, the drum turned and the unit heated up normally. At the end of the cycle, the load of clothes was dry.
Then, the problem is the 15 minutes delay, right?
Yes, sometimes the dryer will start immediately, sometimes it waits several minutes, and sometimes it doesn't start at all (although the last case may be because I had the unit on "pause" without knowing it). Why would there be a delay--is that anything normal?
How long you've been having this problem?
We moved into this rented apartment two months ago. I believe the unit was new at that time (we do not own the unit). We have been having trouble with it during the entire two months.
Ok, let check the tech info, as far as I know there is no delay function in this model, but I want to be sure!
OK, I'll wait.
Ok, checked, there is no "Delay function" on this unit!
So, are you saying that because the delay occurs, that the unit is defective and needs to be repaired?
The problem is in the Motor's capacitor, it has to be replace, but you already told me that it is part of a rent apartment, the owner have to call Service in order to make the replacement.
OK, I agree with you. I will contact the owner and have him arrange for it to be serviced. Thanks! You have been helpful.
