Last Sunday I bought Superintelligence: Paths, Dangers, Strategies, author Nick Bostrom, from the KINDLE section of AMAZON.
End notes worked fine at the beginning, but yesterday the path tex-end notes ceased to work, althoug the reverse, notes-text still works.
I restartes my Paper White KINDLE (short version) without success.
I understand that this is either a fault of the book edition or the KINDLE itself, and I am not willing to pay, as this matter is not covered within the instruction manual.

First of all, uninstall that application, it look like is jamming the system, then verify if the issue persists.

If the issue persists, the next step is to reset the kindle, please try to do so, I now that you already try it, but you did it without uninstalling the problematic app first, try it now.

If the issue persist, then we can be dealing with a defective Kindle, in that case, I need you to call 1-800-201-7575 in order to claim for the warranty of the Kindle, ask for the closest Technical Service.

In my opinion, the only valuable information you gave is the phone number of the Kindle? Service Dpt.

Therefore, i kindly request the rreimbursment of the EU 15, as I cannot uninstall the Kindle software in a KINDLE Paper White.

Pls. inform how are you going to undo the deal.

...sorry for not reaching your expectations, in order to proceed with the "reimbursement" I can send a request to Customer Support, but I would like you to try the "uninstallation of the software".

To uninstall:

On a Windows PC: Launch Control Panel and select Add/Remove Programs or Programs and Features. Find the game or software item from your list of installed programs, right-click, and then select Uninstall.

On a Mac: From Finder, use Search to find your installed game or software, right-click, and then select Move to Trash. To completely remove the item from your computer, empty your Trash. This also removes any other files, folders, or programs in your Trash bin.
