I don't know what I did to my Dell laptop but all if the icons moved sideways. How do I reset them back? Thank you

When did this happen?

Cliente : Just now i hit Cntrol Alt Delete a few times to close a program that i was running
Cliente : i may have hit a different key since i had to do it various times
Customer:

Cliente : Ok I did all that the video says and it was not helpful at all as i had nothing programmed to restall to. This happened about a year ago and Just answer gave me a simple solution not like the video but i can't access my previous questions to see what we did. There must be something easier. Time is an issue
Cliente : Also i see that just answer wants to charge me $12 for my question. I have unlimited membership and there should be no charge. Please correct this. I am not very happy at the moment
