This is what comes up:

hi, thank you for your confident on our service, i will do my best to help you.

We are almost done with the Info Request, just that there's a little mistake. You wrote in the prompted window:

ipconfig/all

While the correct command is:

ipconfig /all

With the space between both ipconfig and /all.
Then, Rightclick in the box and then "select all". Hit enter. Now copy the text, with control key + C key, to copy. Once copied, simply go back to here and paste the previously copied text with the command control key + V to paste.

Please, kindly wrote the command separately, so i can provide a precise answer to your problem :).

Regards!

hi,

please, could you recheck the correct command of ipconfig /all? I think that you have accidentally wrote a space between "/" and "all". The correct command is this one:

ipconfig /all

There isn't any space between "/" and "all". I'm sorry for this problems, sometimes computer science is difficult for both experts and customers.

Thank you for your continued patient!

Welcome to the support service Just answer.

Hello, good afternoon,

To solve the problem do the following:

Go to Device Manager maintaining Windows + R keys (both at once) and the small window that appears type devmgmt.msc

In the Device Manager window locate and network adapters into this by right-clicking uninstall the wireless adapter (possibly containing the name of wireless), once removed, in the same window will pop up on the Action menu and then to seek hardware changes.

You must reconnect to your wireless network and see if you can navigate.

Regards.
