To solve the problem do the following:
Go to Device Manager maintaining Windows + R keys (both at once) and the small window that appears type devmgmt.msc
In the Device Manager window locate and network adapters into this by right-clicking uninstall the wireless adapter (possibly containing the name of wireless), once removed, in the same window will pop up on the Action menu and then to seek hardware changes.
You must reconnect to your wireless network and see if you can navigate.
