If your Magicjack has expired, you don't need to re-install it.

What you need is to re-new your subscription, in order to do that, I need that you contact MagicJack Customer Service, so they can assist you in this matter.

* When you get into the web page, fill up the next information as they ask you to do so:

- "What is your order number?"; you´ll find this in the e-mail that you had receive when you made the purchase, if you do not have it or don´t remember it, leave it blank or empty.
- "What is your magicJack number (if you have one)?"
- "What is your name? *" This is a must, with your first name and a last name is just fine
- "Email Address *" This is a must as well.
- "Select a language to receive help in", with these you can select the language that the customer support agente is going to speak, you can choose "English" o "Spanish" the one that you feel confortable to speak

Now, only click over "Start Chat", you'll find it in the botom right corner.

When you get to the agent explain the situation, they will check your account and see how they can help you best.
