Please make sure the Phone Panel magicJack your computer says "Ready to Call" and dial tone is heard on your phone or headset. If so, please disconnect your phone from your magicJack and leave your magicJack connected to the computer. Now make a call using the dial buttons Panel Phone magicjack on your screen. If the call works, please try using a different phone with your magicJack. Please be sure to include the area code when dialing a number. If your magicJack Telephone Panel of your computer does not read "Ready to Call" please contact Technical Support magicJack through Tech Chat.
For the problem you indicated, I suggest you enter the "chat online magicjack" where will guide you step by step wizard site. I will show how to enter the online chat:
a)Enter the following link: http://www.magicjack.com/lang/es/techchat/
b) Where it says "Search" type the following "No Sound"
c) After Click the image that says "I'm Online start chat"
d) An assistant will answer you immediately
