Administrator says:
La propietaria había fallecido y no pudimos iniciar nada, se inició la reclamación a sus herederos legítimos, pero hasta que estos no inicien los trámites no sabremos a quién reclamarle.
I dont understand this. If we have nota simple I think we can go to court an have our claim registered and there after force a sale of the apartment.
