Hi, welcome to justanswer im working right now on your answer
You only want thepermanent residency, or do you want the mexican nationality?
i mean mexican cityzenship
iam applying only for permanent residency
ok, please wait a little bit more
this i what it says I need to produce
it says "show in original and copy the documents to probe the income the inmigrant has outside the country or the monthly rentirement income enought to live and free of taxes, up to 31,500 mexican pesos, or 2423 US Dollars aprox., on the last six months
So, please ask in your US Credit Union, the one where you have your retirement money, so they can send you a certificate balance of your accounts in a period of time between six months ago and today, if you can certificate it also by a public notary it's much better.
do you have a monthly income, free of taxes, up to 2423 us dollars monthly?
i mean 2423 us dollars or more
My question is it enough to get a letter from my credit union that says how much I have deposited from september -februray
it's enought, as i told you, ask the credit union for a certificate letter by the manager of the bank where you open that account and/or a certification by a notary public, so you don't have any problem with instituto nacional de migración
yes I have money in a mutal fund accounts that I sell monthly to cover my expenses and also in december began recieving from a retirment account
can i help you in anything else?
so you think it is enough to produce a letter from the credit union where I deposit my income stating that in the last six months I have deposited on average 2,423 usd
Yes, if Instituto Nacional de Migración needs a translation, it can be made by a perito autorizado, to translate it from english to spanish, just if it's needed
My credit union is going to provide me a copy of the letter in english and spanish
that's great, take both in original and copy with your petition.
one other question once I have completed this process and recieve my permanet reidency am I done with the process of immigration
let me check this information, so i can give you a better service
There's a resident card for permanent residents, with an expiration date, once it expirates you must renovate it.
how long does it last
Here, you can see the form for that renovation when you need that. http://www.inm.gob.mx/static/Tramites_LM/Estancia_LM/Expedicion_de_doc_Migratorio/Expedicion_de_doc_migratorio_por_canje.pdf
I will check it out
ok, i can't find that information for permanent residency, it's just an exchange
like driver's licence, because it's not temporal anymore
anything else, i can help you
I tried to access the page and it doesn't work
so you are not sure if I have to renew my resident status.

I will check it out thanks
I tink that is all for now thanks
you can also make a petition to INM, so your relatives can also be temporal residents.
