Do the properties in Indiana only have 1 APN # XXXXX physical

Pregunta del cliente

Do the properties in Indiana only have 1 APN # XXXXX physical address, unlike Texas properties where I found that certain physical addresses often have mulple APN#'s which makes it very dificult to know what I am buying?

Thank you for your question. I look forward to working with you to provide you the information you are seeking for educational purposes only.

Multiple APN are used for "sacked" property, which means when there are apartment or condominiums on the same parcel. Indiana, just like Texas, uses multiple APN on a parcel where there are condos or multiple dwellings.
