First that we can do is nenecery to watch what happening wirh your divece.

1. Disconecting rv and few time conecting again

2. Try to reset it

3. Chek if we have switch of audio.

I have no MENU button on my controller for the SAMSUNG UE55NU6105 TV But I have clicked thus - SETTINGS - SYSTEM- GENERAL - SOUND FEEDBACK 'OFF' which it is still reading but it has had no effect and the AUDIO GUIDE is stll there and sounfs like it is set on HIGH> Is my TV not functioning properly - do I need a Samsung engineer - do I need now to return the TV bought at FNAC in Murcia under Consumer Rights. This sound bellowing at me is now quite intolerable . OR, am I doing something wrong I've only had the TV a couple of weeks = this is my second large TV from Samsung and my computer monitors are SAMSUNG - thiis experience has been a total let down - sorry.Roy Faulkner.

Do throug tv set in your panel tv.....we can find a bottons with lateral panel or. Behind tv. But is necesary to check this first and if we can not do thatm try to do with a precensial technician.....try to see some bottons in your panel tv and try to see menu control.

But if we can not to do that procedure. We need to use our garantee about tv and change it....because some time the control is bad or our th set nit work good.
