With out more information is it right to assume that you want to pay your bill with Netflix?
If that is correct you need to update the Payment Information.
To update the payment information for your Netflix account first, from a computer, enter to the following link: https://www.netflix.com/pr/login; and log in with your Netflix account information.
Once you're logged in, go to the following link: https://www.netflix.com/YourAccountPayment; and proceed to update the data, including the card with which you want to pay your subscription.
You can retry the same payment method. To do this, re-enter the existing account information, or try another form of payment (if you have one available).
* Keep in mind that you can use any international credit or debit card.
