The reason I asked is because the only way to get the information you are seeking from the cell phone company, even if it is your own cell phone account, is through a subpoena to the cell company. The only way to get a subpoena is that you have to have a lawsuit filed in court then you can obtian a subpoena through that lawsuit.
I am afraid that is the only way you can get the information from the cell company on the IP logs/dates and times as they will simply not release it to you without a court subpoena.
